Wolfeboro Historical Society Digital Archive Road Trips State Historic Markers

This State Marker is on Route 16, and is not easy to spot. Heading north from Farmington, it is on the right before Davis Crossing Rd. and there is no actual spot to pull off. The Meeting House is several miles east (not near the present center of New Durham). It is worth a visit, as the grounds have a maintained pound (few exist today), and a marked walking trail.
