These are artifacts from the Berry Excelsior Mill and the Berry Machine Shop. The centered item is a Rimjack, locally invented to facilitate changing tires on early automobiles, which had split rims. From the early 1920's this device was shortly made obsolete when auto makers changed the tire design to use solid rims.
