Wolfeboro Historical Society Digital Archive Road Trips Town Markers

The Allen I. Stevens Preserve is on Pleasant Valley Rd., on the left side heading up, before the Point Breeze development. The Stevens family operated the large Point Breeze resort on Lake Wentworth. Allen was very involved with Town activities and history, operated the Crescent Lake dam for many years, and donated the Pleasant Valley School building to the town.
