The Blanket Mill in South Wolfeboro was located at the low point on Route 28, south of the junction with Middleton Road. Powered by water from Mink Brook, the outlet of Rust Pond, the Mill operated under various names from 1961 until burning down in 1925. Diesel engines supplied power when water was low.The card dates to c.1905.
