Wolfeboro Historical Society Postcard Archive Boats and Trains Other Boats

The steamer Governor Endicott, shown at the Weirs, was launched in 1905 and operated on Lake Winnipesaukee until about 1930. Measuring 100' long with a 19' beam and 5' draft, it was an excursion boat that could carry 300 passengers on two decks. Card is c. 1905.
