Wolfeboro Historical Society Postcard Archive Boats and Trains Other Boats

The Swallow was launched in 1893 as the flagship of the Eastern Yacht Club in Marblehead, MA. Relocated to Lake Winnipesaukee in 1897, it was one of the most elegant excursion ships on the lake, and operated into the 1960's. A model of the Swallow is on display at the Clark Museum Complex.
