Wolfeboro Historical Society Postcard Archive Parades and Military

Soldiers Monument at Pickering Corner was dedicated on Columbus Day, October 14, 1914. The official name of the Civil War statue is Memorial to Loyal Men of Wolfeboro. This later card has an interesting signpost. The state sign points to Route 107. Was this a mistake, or was Route 109 once 107?
